Pricing Breakdown
$4.35 per lb x 800 lb hanging weight = $3,480
$1.15 processing fee x 800 = $920
 
The "hanging weight" will range from 800 - 940 lbs (Take home yield is approx. 55% of the hanging weight after cutting/trimming).
 
Your $800 non-refundable deposit will be taken off your final total of your beef invoice when it's time to pick up your beef.
